Adding Links(href) To Content

tell me how to link the entire block of features and not just the button? Highlighted in red an object that should open when you click on any area

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

I have visited your site and found out you are using the image overlay addon there. In general, there is no default option to do that with this addon, but you may use custom CSS I guess.

However, with Image addon and Image Layouts addon you have option to choose if you want the whole image as a link or not. Here are screenshots:
