Admin Session - Logout - Joomla4

Hi!

I installed the new, Pitech template on my new website, but the admin session time is too low...no matter what i do, now it's on 120 minutes but it is still dropping me out after like 2 minutes. I saw 2 other topic about this problem but none of them was realy helpful. Can you help me with that?

Hi, Sessions are from Joomla 4.x core itself, it's was not coded nor touched by Us. That's why it's beyond Joomshaper help. Probably you have to change settings in Global Configuration.

Please check more on forum.joomla.org

(users had this same problems also on clean J4 and J3 in the past)

yes i did that already, as i said the time in global configuration - session time is 120 minutes now but nothing...it's like you didn't read my question at all...i just hoped that maybe you have a solution for that and able to help me...and yes, i tried the joomla forum...never mind..

We cannot fix Joomla nor server settings errors. You have to understand us and respect Support Policy.

I was not talking about Session time, but "Session Handler" setting. You can also ask on Joomla fanpage (FB).
