SP Easy Image Gallery - Text Update

Hello,

Please make an update to your SP Easy Image Gallery. In the file modules\mod_speasyimagegallery\tmpl\albums.php on line 75 you have a text hardcoded, "Item"/ "Items". Can you make this also translatable in your ini file?

Which text you are talking about? Can I have a screenshot, please? It seems I don't have that text at line 75 of that file. Kindly mention the version name also.
