I am sorry i think you have a problem in understanding my feedback. It has nothing to do with any template. In post above i mentioned "extension", so how did you conclude its a template?

I think you were good enogh with what you said in your main query. But I was looking for additional info, as it can be assumed you need to use this extension in an existing environment where you must have a template. With hope that, I can try the SP tweet under same environment to make sure if it is working well or not.

Just go to the tweet extension and click the preview button. Then tell me if the preview page is good. You own page is faulty. When you click the preview, should the page load Helix 3 instead of Helix Ultimate 2.0? If you do not where it is, refer to the screen cap below:
