Do you want to show the language switcher part of your header in your mobile view too?

Here is a screenshot of your mobile view where you can see the third column of your header is covering the whole header, this is why the offcanvas menu is not clickable.

If you don't want to show the third column in mobile then please set it within the responsive settings within the layout tab of your Template options. Or if you want to see it in your mobile then you need to rearrange the grid of your header.
