Arino In Cart "tax" Language Change

Hello,

I have a very tiny problem, but it really annoys me. (arino template, J2store cart)

I can't find this one word in any langugae file, nor in the language descriptions. Can I ask for help on how to transliterate "tax" into another language?

"Adó" > "Áfa"

I would like to change this.
