I posted a question about 3 weeks ago - no conclusion.

I'm using Educon and the page title and the slideshow are not responsive on the iPhone.

Where is the documentation I can review to make it responsive?

In know the css element is:

.search .page-title, .view-category .page-header { padding: 10px 0 10px !important; text-align: center; color: #fff; text-transform: uppercase; font-size: 40px !important; margin-bottom: 30px !important; margin-top: 5px !important; }

But what do I change it to to be responsive? Where is the documentation?
