Yes, I was trying to find the error. But I could not find it. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check the backup on my localhost and share the fix with you.

You have taken the backup in jpa format. Please go to Akeeba Backup configuration and set backup file type zip. Then take the backup and share.
