Custom.css Doesn't Work After Last Update Of Helix

Hello,

after the last update the custom.css file stopped working. I think it happened after the update of helix version 1. to 2. This is a site built on the Wimble template and can be previewed here: https://wextra1.eu/www/redcourt4.cz/
