Cannot Access The Section Setttings Of The Top Block

Hi friends,
I am using a couple of your layouts on my website (from the "Author" layout package).
They are great, except that I am unable to change the section settings of the top block. As much as I hover, the section icons do not appear, as you can see in this video:

I need to be able to access the section settings, so that i can change for example, the background image and colors, but they seem to be "hiding" under the top menu.
This is affecting these 2 SPPB pages:
- Home
- Book - Get Your Love Right

Please can you tell me how to access the section settings for the top block in these pages?

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have suggestions for you...
You can use the context menu to edit those addons. Context menu appears when you right-click inside of an addon, it gives you useful edit options right there.
Another suggestion is that you can create a new Row, put a divider addon there, then disable that row, and move that disabled row on top of all.
And keep it please, must be disabled, not deleted. Then you may be able to edit all rows below.
