Template Mega Inc Error

Testing on localhost environment, clean install, both with joomla 3.10.3 and Joomla 4.0.4, getting same error below:
$color: null is not a color.: templates/megainc/scss/presets.scss on line 584, at column 9 Call Stack: #0 import templates/megainc/scss/presets.scss (unknown file) on line 1
Any suggestion? Thank you

Accepted AnswerHi, quicks one by now:
- Template Options - Advaced - SCSS - Compile : OFF - Save
- Video on youtube, similar : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ayxz3FQpLQ8 but you have to for "color" in file: presets.scss , in video there is tip for "border-radius".
