Kindly, remove your existing installation. and use the following one:
I have checked and there is a crossing somehow while uploading the files, so Quickstart Joomla 4 one actually Quickstart Joomla 3 and Quickstart Joomla 3 one holds Quickstart Joomla 4.
Therefore, please take my apology, it will fix soon. For now please use the Quickstart Joomla 3.

Accepted AnswerI used the dylan quickstart joomla 4.
- The initial install is joomla 3.10.2, dylan templates worked
- Then I updated it to joomla 3.10.3, dylan templates still worked.
- Then I updated it to joomla 4.0.4, dylan templates stopped working. The Cassiopeia template displays a home page. The home page displays the following error message when using the dylan template:
500 behavior::caption not found.
