SP Pagebuilder Image Add-on Lightbox Issue

hello, i've got a webpage made using SP page builder with the free helix ultimate template running on Joomla 4. i keep running into an issue using the image add-on within Page Builder.
when i add an image add-on and enable the lightbox feature and view on the front-end, everything functions normally, but the issue happens when i add in a separate row within page bulder and add the raw HTML add-on to embed a 3rd party form.
when the form is embedded and the front-end is accessed, the lightbox function seems to break. the clickspot on the images still appear, but the lightbox won't appear.
when i remove the embedded form, everything functions as normal.
what can i do? thank you!

Sorry to hear that.
It seems the third-party form you mentioned already, may have any custom code that creates a conflict with the popup function. If you do not use that form then the lightbox function working, so it means it is not a problem with our product.
I regret to say that, we can not help with code customization, as customization support is prohibited here.
