Formatting A Checklist In Form Builder

I'm building a contact form, using the form builder, which has a checklist of 11 items. Some of the items are a single word whilst others are almost a sentence. When they're displayed, the short items list side by side in a single line not in a list format.

How can I get it to display each item on its own line so the checkboxes are stacked and not all over the place?

Please use this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

.sppb-addon-form-builder .form-builder-checkbox-item {
    display: flex;
}
