I've tried to check and change some things to understand what was going wrong because its the first time it happens and I've already used this template to other projects, so its very strange.

It already has a super user, its the only user actually.

Can you please check, I've. sent you the access in private message and disabled the two factor authentication.

You made a basic human mistake. Code is 100% ok.

Your home page menu item was set to use page "Alerta 3D" - but somebody disabled that page, so Joomla couldn't display it content.

Fixed after 30sec.
