If you have a lite version there then please install the pro version over the lite/free one. Here is the link to the SP Page Builder Pro: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension/sp-page-builder-pro

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.
