Trouble With Put In The License Key For My New Subscription

Hi there, I have trouble with my License Key! - if I put it in Joomla in License and Update Area, the new key won't be saved in configuration. I have tested it on multiple sites. The Error is the Same! Request Failed - Error 403 is shown. i have also downloaded and installed manually the last Update 6.7.0.
my subscription expired and I bought a new one! so I want to change the license Key to the new one.
the new Licenskey contains "-" , this signs are not contained in my old keys.

Accepted AnswerAttached are the login details, but please keep in mind that the problem is the same on all my pages! - I suspect it has to do with the type of key used, since it’s formatted differently with the new license than before!
