Unable To Add The License Key To New Site

I have installed The Quickstart Pack Joomla 6 version of helix ultimate including Joomla on a new website. This is the second site on which I want to use helix ultimate. On the first site all work fine. On the second site I can't add the license code. The field is not visible. How can I get this to work?

Hoi Hans,

Do you talk about SPPB Pro or Template?

If SPPB, please reinstall SPPB component using a Pro version and check again.

In QS with Helix Ultimate there is FREE/LITE version that don't have "License & Update" section, only PRO has it.

yes, we informed about that in documenation... so this is NOT a issue or bug, it was planned.

If you build a site from scratch is not necessary to use Helix Ultimate quickstart; it's better to install:

  1. Raw Joomla 6.x
  2. SPPB Pro
  3. Template
  4. Firewall & Backup tool
  5. Other needed modules/plugins

And then start...
