New Install, New User. Unable To Enter License Key/use PRO

Hello,
I am rebuilding my existing web site https://atkinson-swords.com/ at the new temporary URL https://atkinson-swords.com/new/
I recently installed Joomla and that seems to be working fine. It has been a long time since I built the original site so I am still adjusting to the new vocabulary and tools.
I purchased and followed installation instructions for SP Page Builder Pro.
I am unable to access any of the Pro content, e.g., Custom Icons. Instead I get prompted to upgrade.
I am unable enable the SP Simple Portfolio or Joomla Article integration.
On the settings page there is no where for me to enter my license key.
I followed each step listed at https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting
Please investigate and advise.

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
Oh, what can say more :/
Have you tried to reinstall component and use different browser to check Settings?

The username and pw are ones that I set up for you, so they. will not match the license key. The license key is the one shown on my dashboard when I login using my own credentials.
I can login on multiplle browsers, just not access the Pro content.
I have reinstalled 3 times so I guess I can try it again.
