Template Options

Hi there, I am using Joomla 3.10.3, Helix template 2.05 and SP Page buildere pro. When I click, after installation of Helix Template, on Template options, there is a note "Path cannot be empty" and jump back into the control center. I don't know what is do to. I'm not able to see the BASIC menu and to change some main parts on the template. Thanks for your help.

Accepted AnswerHi there, thank you for your answer. In the meantime I cheked the situation between the Online system and a local installation. A backup is used, running with XAMPP. By the local installed backup version, I could see the situation. The template options are not running . Using and installing the template Helix on the server version the system is running and I can use the template option. Hope it is a better eplanation and you can better find where the mistake or missing adjustments in XAMPP are.

Accepted AnswerHi, the problem is fixed. On my online version there is the PHP version 8.0.1 and the installation for XAMPP I did was with XAMPP 8.01.12. After installing XAMPP with the PHP version 7.4.25 and implementing the backup (with AKEEBA) the system is running. The problem results on the different PHP versions. Now everything is ok. This could be a helpfull point for other guys which ahve installing problems.
