[Locked] Error Opening Template Options

Failed opening required 'www/vhosts/darbyagservices.com/httpdocs/layouts/chromes/sp_xhtml.php' (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/8.2/share/pear')

Receiving this error when attempting to open newly installed Language School Template Options.

Can you change User Group from Administrator to Super Administrator. We need that to enable debug mode etc.
