Parallax.js Issue With Helix I Think

Hello, I'm using Joomla 4 with helix Ultimate 2 and SP page builder latest version. I add parallax.js to template, but i have an issue, i don't have scrollbar in browser.

I'm on localhost.

i know is not an issue from template but i want to ask only if someone know regarding this.
