Can't Store Changes In Pagebuilder

since about three days I cant save changes in pagebuilder. Wether in front or backend editing after I made my changes the save button shows the running wheel but doesn't do anything. When I try to leave it shuts down the site telling me that th access is forbidden. Would be great if you coulkd help me.

Accepted Answerwould you please try this and ... we discussed a similar issue already two weeks ago, where I fixed it by disabeling the cookie consent plugin. But now this new problem shows up.
