Giver Template Update Not Showing ??

I have been using the Giver template version 1.0. There has been no update shown in backend of joomla, but I just found out that a version 2.0 is available - why is that not shown automatically in backend ?

Hello Ronny Buelund

Giver template gets the latest Helix 2 framework update. Unfortunately, this update is not shown on the backend. Please download the latest template from the site and install on yours. This should work fine.

Well I already have done that, but it would still be nice to get a warning about a new release. After having updated to v. 2.0 the Joomla pre-update chcker is still not showing the template as compatible with Joomla 4 ??
