Hi

This https://skinproderma.com used to have this issue last month. We reinstalled the template. It works until this morning. The issue happened again https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/17364059?key=5c15b60f28e45f0e30064c8a7cb1e914

Now we fixed this but it may happen again. Please advice the correct way to fix it.
