Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

In the meantime, you can check the common issues and solution from the documentations.

Hello Toufig,

thank you for helping me! I also contacted the hosting provider to check if the PHP-Settings are correct:

  • allow_url_fopen is enabled (On).
  • file_get_contents() function is available/unlocked

further they have replied:

if a plugin fetches data from an external server seen from us, this must be enabled. You would then have to ask the plugin manufacturer which server (IP address or URL of the server) is in use and we will then enable the connection.

Is the solution that you provide me with that IP address or URL I would need to use the Frontend editor function and I forward it to the hosting support for them to enable the connection? Or can you easily manage the problem in my Joomla backend without further assistance from the hosting provider?

kind regards

Hello Toufiq,

I will ask the hosting provider for more details. In the meanwhile I provide you the administrator access. Maybe you can solve the problem there easily. The site isn't develloped yet. I have only tried a few things. So you will find a SP page builder page. I also imported a layout to test the import function with which i had an issue too. But that issue i happily could fix myself. If that works i would appreciate to learn about it, since i want to use SP page builder in future projects.

kind regards

Give me super administrator access. Import & Export works fine and page template import works fine. You can check the test page. Thanks

Maybe you need to follow this instrctions or need to disable your SEF.

https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/make-your-joomla-site-seo-friendly

Now SEF is disabled and page builder front end works fine.
