I can see the menu item has used an 'SP LMS course categories module' inside it. So if you want then you can treat it as a megamenu and then put a premade module there.

But about the styling, as the course category shows with category image and short description too would not be appeared by default and requires code customization. Unfortunately, customization support is prohibited here.

Is it just CSS code or I need to code php or other language?

It seems to be the is-focus class into the Edulif theme. Then is it possible to copy css from Edulif and paste to Languageschool? Does it work?
