As I said earlier, those errors within your console is all about some fontawesome icon missing, this is why I have asked that if you face any icon not showing issue on your site. Or any performance issue either.

Have you informed your extension provider about the issue, please? They might help you in this case I guess.

To make it clear those errors in your console does not have any link to your video issue. However, I have clicked on your content and it redirects to a login page. So unfortunately I am not so sure about the exact issue either.
