In the mobile version the template is in conflict with the DocMan Module.
The Finatic template didn't have this conflict
You will notice that on Home there is a Podcast module which is a DocMan module.
On Home, if you go to mobile, your site will be locked. If you enter any other About Us page, it will load normally in the mobile version.

Accepted AnswerI made investigation and I am pretty sure that DOCman modules are killing mobile version. They load so many javascript that browser cannot handle it. Please contact with Joomlatools support.
I created clone page "Principal ESN -- TEST only" with disabled DOCman modules and works fast and without any problems on mobile view.
Maybe consider a different extension, more light weight.
