Helix Ultimate: Favicon Not Appearing

Hi, I now have a completely clean setup of Helix QuickLaunch J4, all fine, but when I set the favicon, it doesn't appear. I cleared cache and reloaded, the favicon is 16x16, I tried favicon.ico from a favicon-generator, I tried .PNG, also 16x16 as suggested, but nothing...!?

And please make sure, that the OK-button when deleting doesn't appear on the other side of the screen, makes work faster. Put it right where we click DELETE. Thanks... :-)
