modal displays when open homepage

I want to have a popup(modal) shows when enter the website.
Please advice. Thank you.

Those my suggestions:

Engage Box (tassos.gr) - THE BEST, but commercial
PopUp Aholic (JD PopupAholic) - Free and Good for basic use.
