Indeed it doesn't have this order option yet. In that case you can:

1. Customize addon php code.
2. Use Article module that already have this feature, search on Joomla Extension Directory. And later you can use that module inside Module addon.

I would like to see this added soon. I would rather use the Page Builder instead of adding another module.

But if you need this feature fast - consider my advices.

I got infor from DEV team, that we will add it - but in stable version of SPPB 4. But I think around Jan/Feb22, not sooner
