This is not always Joomshaper bug, you should know it as webmaster.

1. Check if you have .htaccess file with orginal Joomla content. In many cases, cPanel change content of it if you change PHP version etc.

2. Then check what other default files you have in root folder, maybe error pages files as well.

3. Always you can switch template to Protostar default and recheck. If that view still will be there - contact with hosting support. If not, let me know.

I cannot fix template php code here. So by now you have to keep PHP 7.4 or install extra extension that can manage joomla errors.
