Your renewals are messed up. my last renewal is only valid for 6 months when its suppose to be 12 months. please explain.

Thank you for sharing the email address. As I can see, you were using the Business plan of Templates & Page Builder. With all due respect, the Business plan has a subscription period of 6 months as mentioned in our Pricing list: https://www.joomshaper.com/pricing#templates-extensions
