No License "tab/button" In Configuration

I'm on Joomla 4.0.4 localhost.
I just bought a license for template+page builder but can't find a place to insert the license key. There is no tab called "license" on the "SP Page Builder Configuration" page as described in the documentation. The only tabs are "Options" and "Permissions".
How can I add the license?

- First install SP Page Builder Pro
- Then, yes - in Joomla 4.x find "Options" and put there

Accepted AnswerI didn't know if you have SP Page Builder Lite or Pro installed. That's why I sent you whole guide.
