Button - Open In New Tab - is Not Working

Button - open in new tab -

We've ticked the box that says "Open in new tab" on the button "Button Link Settings" but it is not working and I can't find anyway to access the HTML to add in a target="_blank"

How do we get the button to open in a new tab?
