Helix3 Site is Broken

Hi mates! After update, website is broke. I have 2 logo in menu and not working slider. Help please

In console, error with tooltip.

UPD. In mobile not working menu UPD2. Google map not working UPD3. Get in touch forms not working

If I may....

  1. I see only one logo in the header (desktop / tablet view)
  2. Contact form sent message, I saw "green" confirmation.
  3. I see Google map as well.
