Hello joomshaper team, we have 4 amendements that we wish to implement at our new website https://outdoorkefalonia.com using the Konstra template

  1. Mobile video slider is not working (screenshot 1)
  2. Mobile logo should be in the same line with the menu bar (also screenshot 1)
  3. SP Simple Portfolio Module —> Tower view should be 1 or 2 column in mobile view. They look so small in mobile (screenshot 2)
  4. I want to use white background colour for my main-menu. The problem is that the “X close icon” is also white so it is not visible. (screenshot 4)

I found this css code but when I change the colour, it is also changes the menu bar logo. (screenshot 3)

.menu-bar>span { display: block; width: 100%; border-bottom: 3px solid #FFF; transition: all 0.3s ease-in-out; position: absolute; top: 50%; left: 0; } Can we keep the menu bar white (screenshot 4) and change only the colour of the icon "x" inside the menu? (also screenshot 4)

You might have missed to attach the screenshot. Please share the screenshots of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Hello, I have sent the screenshots to your mailbox, but, if you insist using the above services, will send them again I don't see a point for a screenshot for the first and most important issue though: the video at homepage slider does not play on mobile devices, no need for a screenshot for that, correct?

excelent thank you! the main issue was the video on mobile view though is there a solution about that? the customer has really nice videos that on desktop show very cool can you try fix that?

on 3 different iOS devices, in different sizes, none of them displays the video indeed on android devices is ok, but obviously we are looking to be ok on iPhones also can you preview the website from a random iPhone?

good morning we can confirm that the video on the slider does not display in all iOS devices do you wish to open a different case/support ticket so that this one can close? whatever is best for you, but we must have an answer if you are planning to login so we can re-enable our security extension
