Hi Toufiq, the bug must be internal, maybe you remember we had something like this on the main page with the slideshow. The problem came from an old Quickstart package that had a lot of bugs at that time. We have already solved some of them.

As for the images, in this case it must be internal. The images are not larger than 640x480 of 480x640. That should not be a problem at all. Normally the images are adjusted automatically.

Here is a screenshot of the settings under Options-SP-Property. This shows that the images should be adjusted accordingly, but this is not the case.

Maybe it is also because we have never replaced anything. At that time as the extension has been upgraded to Joomla 4 we have installed the Quickstart package but it turned out that exactly this package was faulty at the beginning. This was not upgraded properly. In retrospect, perhaps, but not at the beginning, maybe all these errors still come from there.

Ok, as I see it now, everything is enlarged to the size of 936px in width. Proportionally to this the height is generated. Is it possible to set the image size somewhere or is this only possible via some internal setting in the code? Not every image is always the same size. Especially if some images are also horizontal.

There is no option to manage height. You have to add media query css for the special size of your device. Thanks

Hi Toufig, so the way I see it each image is based on the full width of for the desktop version. No matter how big an image is it will be rendered to that width. The height will be changed proportionally. Our problem is that we cannot adjust all images for 950 properties with 20 images per property. Where would I have to go to change the image sizes or what additional CSS code would I have to add? For desktop, tablet and mobile version. Then I could experiment with the appropriate sizes.

In your example of what you included of images, the thumbnail preview is also displayed. Why does that not work for me? What is going wrong with me or what am I doing wrong?

Why can't I sort the images among each other? When I try to sort the images, they always jump back to the original position.

I really need your help to solve this.

That Preview looks really good: https://prnt.sc/23kchxw

Here are every previews are black: https://prnt.sc/23kcrpl

Hi Toufiq,

the modification is the size of the images under SP Property: Property Add/Edit gallery. All images are resized to the Slideshow size (width size) and that makes a problem then with the higherness. The most images from us has the size 640y480 or 480x640. When I use that size of images then the images goes proportional oversized on the page. You have really to scroll down for see the end of the image. The image preview field are always black, I think that comes because the not can handle that size of our images. https://bestsosuarealestate.com/properties/46-4-bedroom-villa-in-cabarete We not can resize thousands of images only for that extension. https://prnt.sc/26clgv3 https://prnt.sc/26clhxe
