form builder - how to add a custom html text

Hi,
how to add custom html text to the form builder, so I can link from Text to for example to the private police?

You have this in the contact form, but there I cannot add iteams.

Hello Dirk Bungenstock

You can enable privacy policy link in the settings.

But it is not possible to use Custom HTML inside Form Builder.
