Frontend Dont Been Show For Visitors

Have tried with more J4 template but frontend dont been show for visitors. Seem to bee a bugs i quickstarte template that it dont work with domaine.dk but work with domaine.dk/index.php.
when will the problem been solve - have asked before but reely no help from support, and I cant wait anymore
