I have reinstalled the template several times (J3 and J4). each completely updated or not. with both variants i have the problem of not being able to upload a picture of my own in a article under the blog option. now i have no more advice and ask for help. screenshot attached. the testdomain is http://psg.famgrund.de thank you

Accepted Answerhello toufiq, my hoster says it's not up to him. I have now installed a local server (xampp) and made a local installation. unfortunately the problem remains there too
