New Override System

We need the ability to add modules to the prepared HEADERs templates of site . There is a LOGO position, but it is not enough for work! Request to add the ability to display the module before and after the LOGO position. If make a separate position "HEADERS-(1,2,3)" for header variations system? Thanks!
