It's OK with php version 7.4. Thanks !
Now I have to find out why some of my joomla 3.10.4 sites are working in the backend and no longer working in the front-end since the update
I have the following message

"403-You are not authorized to access this resource".

And yet I only have one administrator who has all the rights.
Thank you already for having solved some of the problems.

If I may....

403 can be from Akeeba Tools (if you have it), I don't think so it's message (issue) from template.

If you have site with Joomla 3.10 please share access, we can test.

Sometimes firewall like AKeeba Tools or aeSecure can also be a reason of that.

I found the reason. And update wasn't a problem

You forgot check "Access" for all Pages, error 403 is related with no access.
This same problem was on Protostar template.
