can you add menu items to pre defined helix ultimate sign in menu item

Hi, we are using the latest version of Helix Ultimate and it has the feature to enable Login on the menu. Is there a way to add additional menu items to this sign on menu item? There are currently two; Profile and Logout. Thanks in advance.

Hi. This is possible, but updating the template will erase all changes. It is here.
(An example of adding additional menu module in dropdown)

Therefore, you better create your custom header and place everything you want there. But not try to edit existing predefined Header.
