Templates on website not loading (again)

Asked by Dresden Hepcats e.V. (c/o Michael Fiedler) 4 years ago Last activity 4 years ago

Hello,

the website with the templates (https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates) is once again not loading properly (cards for some of the templates not loading, showing broken images and three loading dots). Checked on various browser (chrome, firefox, ie, edge), different devices (smartphone, laptop, tablet) and different networks. Further I also deleted the entire browser cache without any progress.

Screenshot

Deactivated all extensions in chrome as well. DevTools show no warnings, erros indicating that something is wrong.

Help is highly appreciated, since i cannot browse the templates properly.

Kind regards,

Sascha

Hello,

after 2 hours of further research, I found that after clearing the browser cache and switching from home network (vodafone germany) to mobile network (telekom germany) the website loads properly. I checked the images on the website that cannot be loaded:

https://www.joomshaper.com/images/2021/11/30/demo-thumb.png --> can be loaded via vodafone and telekom
https://www.joomshaper.com/images/2021/09/07/Dem-thumb-2x.jpg --> loads only via mobile network (telekom)

When trying to load the second image via vodafone network the browser returns the text index.php instead of showing the picture.

My conclusion:

Do you have any indication / sugesstions regarding cdn issues or issues with customers acessing your site via vodafone germany. Any other ideas?

Kind regards,

Sascha

Hi

Sorry for the delay. I talked to the DEV team and they said CDN's data is blocked on Vodaphone. So it's better to not use CDN in your region. You can use your local hosting server then you will not get this type of issue on your site. Hope you understand.

-Regards.
