Hello,

after 2 hours of further research, I found that after clearing the browser cache and switching from home network (vodafone germany) to mobile network (telekom germany) the website loads properly. I checked the images on the website that cannot be loaded:

https://www.joomshaper.com/images/2021/11/30/demo-thumb.png --> can be loaded via vodafone and telekom https://www.joomshaper.com/images/2021/09/07/Dem-thumb-2x.jpg --> loads only via mobile network (telekom)

When trying to load the second image via vodafone network the browser returns the text index.php instead of showing the picture.

My conclusion:

• issues is not related to end-device, browser, cache, etc. but rather isp-related
• i am wondering whether this is a cdn issue (images not properly distributed) or blocked by the isp (something like mentioned in here: https://graphicviolence.co.uk/blog/2018/09/13/wordpress-jetpack-vs-vodafone-problem/)

Do you have any indication / sugesstions regarding cdn issues or issues with customers acessing your site via vodafone germany. Any other ideas?

Sorry for the delay. I talked to the DEV team and they said CDN's data is blocked on Vodaphone. So it's better to not use CDN in your region. You can use your local hosting server then you will not get this type of issue on your site. Hope you understand.
