I am making a new Website .... Details below!
Joomla is installed with latest Helix Ultimate template and Page Builder.
I have made a new page walled Welcome. In the admin area I can edit the page but Preview shows just a blank page.
I have reinstalled Helix template again..... same result.
What is going on here?
Hi Kieron,
in similar cases always set "Maxium" here to see a reason of issue , white screen etc. When all works - set None or Simple.
Fixed by Now, but in your case you have too low PHP Memory Limit set, which is not recommended.
Ask hosting support how to increase to 128M at least, 256M or 512M even better. This small change will reduce possible future problems.
Thank you Paul ... I will increase it everywhere.
Yes, you should. It should be possible even on cheapest hosting account.
You're welcome.
