cannot save a page

Hi!
I am using HU and sppb is latest, as well as JCE.
When i open an existing page for editing, it is not well structured.
If i manage to make any changes, then the save button does not respond.
I have cleared all cach as well as tested with different browsers (chrome, edge, firefox) and same behaviour
