Don't give us link from your local computer with "C://" we are not Russian Hackers to be able to see them.

Paul, look: The News block displays the announcements of articles with its own inscription instead of "Read more"

This label is taken from the "Text" field instead of "More Information" in the material settings, the "Display Options" tab"
